Dear Robert,

Many thanks for gracefully accepting my request to conclude our contract with The Little Yellow Box (LYB). You agreed to my request in the same cheerful cooperative manner that we at People Industries have enjoyed during our past 8 years as your customer. As you know we are moving to an office environment in which full reception services are provided and sadly, we are unable to take LYB with us.

We have been really happy with the professional image that LYB provided our small Recruitment and HR Consulting agency. We regularly received positive feedback from clients and candidates in that they appreciated the information that they received about our company while waiting for their call to be attended to. Our reception staff also reported that they very rarely lost calls on hold because caller's attention was held by the information LYB provided.

For a very small cost we think that LYB provided a very positive experience to callers which helped place them in a convivial frame of mind for discussing business matters with our consultants.
